Bouclé gets its texture from a looped yarn structure that creates that characteristic nubby surface. The Ro uses a heavyweight Italian bouclé with a small percentage of alpaca for softness. The collar is intentionally oversized — it can be worn high and close or folded down flat. Despite the texture, the coat is fully lined in silk charmeuse, so it slides on over everything without catching.
